Reasons such as weight loss, breastfeeding and aging can cause sagging breasts. During a breast lift, the sagging nipple is moved to where it should be. For large and sagging breasts, a breast lift reshapes the breast tissue to create a fuller appearance and removes the excess skin. For small breasts or breasts that have lost volume, a silicone implant is inserted and a lift is performed.
