ABDOMINAL LIFT AND TUCK

ABDOMINAL LIFT AND TUCK

Conditions such as weight gain and loss, pregnancy, hormonal problems can cause widespread stretch marks on the abdominal skin, sagging, fat concentration in certain areas and slackening of the abdominal muscles. During an abdominal tuck, the sagging abdominal muscles are tightened and the sagging, excess abdominal skin is removed. During the same procedure, the excess fat tissue that is concentrated in certain areas is reduced by liposuction. If the excess skin and fat is limited to the abdominal area below the belly button, a so-called "mini-abdominoplasty" is performed. Since this technique requires less surgical intervention, the healing process is faster and the belly button is not affected. In full abdominoplasty, the belly button is reconstructed by removing the excess skin and the abdominal muscles are tightened.

Both methods achieve a flatter abdomen, slimmer waist and pronounced curves. Thanks to the abdominal tuck, the patient can enjoy the freedom to wear figure-hugging clothes that she could not wear before. After an abdominal tuck, the scars remain in the bikini line and are not visible from the outside.
